    • Cancellation pilicies

  • Bookings that cancelled at least 31 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund. Bookings cannot be cancelled or modified less than 31 days before the start of the stay, and no refund will be given including in cases of no-shows or shortened stays! All requests to cancel your booking must be made in writing to the following email address: contact@bordorent no later than 24:00 CET on the deadline! If you are eligible, a refund will be triggered with the bank within three days of your cancellation email.
